General enquiries
For most things, questions about the directory, feedback, partnership ideas or press enquiries: email us via the form below. We respond personally, usually within one working day.
Privacy and data requests
For anything related to your personal data, access requests, corrections, deletion, or general privacy questions: email privacy@braiders.co.uk or use the form below. We respond to formal data requests within one calendar month, usually much sooner. For more on how we handle data, see our Privacy Policy.
Listing removal requests
If you are a braider who has found your business listed on the directory and you would rather not be: use the removal form, or email us via the form below with “Listing removal” in your message. We action removal requests within 3 working days. No questions, no friction.
For braiders joining the directory
If you want to add your business to the directory, the fastest way is the listing submission form, it takes about 10 minutes. If you have questions about Featured listings or anything specific to your setup, email us.
Featured listings
Featured puts your listing at the top of your city page, with up to 20 photos, a direct booking button, an Instagram embed and a Verified Braider badge. It is live now, but for launch we are setting these up by hand rather than through automated checkout.
Founder pricing: £19/month or £190/year, locked for as long as you stay, even after the standard price rises to £29/month. Email us via the form below with “Featured listing” in your message. We will reply with the full rundown, sort out payment and switch your listing over, usually within one working day. Every Featured listing comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. Profile Glow-Up
Already listed but your profile is not quite selling you? A Glow-Up is a one-off rewrite of your listing: a description in your own voice, your styles and areas spelled out, booking wording that nudges people to get in touch, a short client FAQ, and guidance on which photos to lead with. You send your details and current photos; we do the rest and send it back ready to go live.

What to expect
- One working day for most enquiries. We aim to reply to every email within 24 hours, working days only. Weekends and bank holidays add a day or two.
- Removal requests are top priority. If you are asking us to remove a listing, we do not ask why, we just do it. Usually within a working day, always within three.
- We reply personally. No bots, no canned responses, no support tickets. You will hear from a real person.
- Press and partnership enquiries: we will get back to you within two working days with a substantive reply, not just an acknowledgement.
